Upon receipt of the order all products will ship by the next business day. If this is not possible we will notify you promptly. Only certain items on our web-site qualify for free shipping. Should you add to an order that qualifies for free shipping regular shipping charges will apply. We cannot be responsible for products once they are in the care of second parties. All Products are shipped via USPS or UPS services unless other arrangements have been made with us.
Any merchandise can be returned for a full refund. Returns must be received in their original packaging and be in pristine condition.
